1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Genzlife, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and any future updates. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Genzlife for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or share. Your content must follow our community guidelines and must not include harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate material.

You agree NOT to engage in activities such as:

Hacking or attempting to bypass security

Data scraping or unauthorized data collection

Uploading harmful files, malware, or malicious scripts

Attempting to disrupt platform functionality

3. Content Liability & Australian Free Speech Laws

Genzlife supports freedom of expression under Australian law. However, freedom of speech has limitations.

All user-generated content must comply with Australian laws, including:

Defamation Act 2005 – prohibits false and harmful statements

Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986 – protects against discrimination and vilification

Criminal Code Act 1995 – prohibits threats, violence, hate, and harmful conduct

Racial Discrimination Act 1975 – bans racist or hate-inciting content

ACMA Regulations – ensures compliance with national content standards

Genzlife Policy:
We do not allow content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or violent.
Genzlife is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content but may remove content that violates these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, designs, graphics, text, and software on Genzlife belong to Genzlife or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without permission.

By submitting content, you grant Genzlife a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may submit posts, stories, comments, photos, videos, and other media.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful and do not infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.

We are not liable for:

17. Payment & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Fees are non-refundable unless legally required.

18. Dispute Resolution

Users agree to attempt informal resolution first.
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under ACICA rules in Sydney, New South Wales.
